Yes. Although our booths are designed for easy, fuss-free assembly, we understand that time can be a factor. This is why we have a dedicated team of technicians to assist in all assembling works. This service is available from 10am to 10pm daily, at a fee of RM500 per unit.
No. A stool is not included in Enbooth, but it comes with a built-in and adjustable table for your convenience.
Yes. Enbooth can be moved around to meet the ever-changing needs of the modern workplace. However, you are encouraged to use floor casters when assembling the booth so you are able to move the booth around smoothly while preventing unwanted scratches and damages. Alternatively, you can use protector pads to glide the booth along.
Every unit of Enbooth comes with a 1-year warranty, where the full cost of repairing or replacement will be borne by us if there is a manufacturing defect. This is aligned with our goal of providing the best possible customer experience and after sales support.
